Base products are sourced globally, then designed and hand-customized in our Florida workshop.

5. How does the custom design process work?

Best to finalize your design before ordering so you know exactly what you're getting.

  2. We'll send you mockups to review.
  3. Request revisions until you're happy — as many rounds as it takes.
  4. Approve the design, place your order, and we'll ship your crusher.

6. How long from ordering to shipping?

Every crusher takes approximately 5 days to prepare — whether it's a pre-designed team crusher or a custom design.

7. Are the sports team designs officially licensed?

No — our designs are fan-made tributes to your favorite teams. We're not officially licensed by or affiliated with any professional or collegiate sports league or team.

8. Where do you ship?

Free shipping on all domestic US orders (contiguous 48 states). Additional shipping charges apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders.

9. How long does shipping take?

All orders ship ground from our Tampa, Florida workshop. Once your order ships, you'll get tracking info with an estimated delivery date.

10. What's your return and damage policy?

All sales are final — because every crusher is hand-customized to your order, we don't accept returns. That said, if your order arrives damaged, email photos to customizedcancrushers@gmail.com and we'll replace it free of charge.
